What is this place?

KYRON (also known as Kyron Essentials) is a health essentials brand dedicated to serving the Black community. At the moment, we sell vitamins that are designed to increase your health and make you a better version of yourself. As we develop and grow, we intend to offer even more products, including fresh food like fruits and veggies, premium veggies, and herbs.

Where do you ship?

To the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Highly perishable items may only ship to specific states to preserve the quality of the product. If you'd like to know where an item can be shipped, please refer to the information on the product's page.


Your order may be modified or canceled if it contains an item that cannot be shipped to you. In such situations, we'll inform you of the change.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Processing time: 1-3 days

Shipping time: 2-7 days

Total time: 3 - 10 days


Keep in mind that we don't control the postal service. Even if we send a package out promptly, you might experience a delay on USPS's end. While you might get frustrated about having to wait, your product will still arrive safe and sound. 

When do products go out?

Nonperishable items may go out on any day of the week, including weekends. Perishable items will only be shipped on Monday or Tuesday to ensure that they arrive by Saturday. We don't want your product sitting in a depot any more than you do, and especially not if they're fresh.

What is your return policy?

We don't accept returns. Please contact us directly if your product is damaged.

My package was marked as delivered but I haven't received it yet.

If your package isn't delivered on the day it's marked as delivered, please wait 48-72 hours before contacting us. On occasion, shippers will mark a package delivered before it actually arrives. Sometimes, a package is lost en route but finds its way to you shortly after it's meant to arrive. 


If your package doesn't arrive within the 48 to 72 hour timeframe, contact USPS to file a lost package claim. Once your claim has been filed and processed, contact us for further instructions. 

Can I make changes to an order I already placed? Can I cancel an order I placed?

Please contact us directly for the answer to this question. The sooner you contact us, the more likely it is we can help you.

Will you be adding [insert product here] to your store soon?

We're glad you're enthusiastic to buy, and we're keeping track of everything you ask for. Every request is written down so that we can figure out if it's feasible to add to the pipeline later on.


The best way to ensure that we supply your favorite products is to buy what we already have and get your friends and family to do so too. The more support we receive, the more we can expand our store.

Your promotion ended yesterday but I'd like to use it today. What can I do?

We're sorry, our promotion dates are firm. On some occasions, we might be able to help you, however. Call us to see if it's possible (but remember that we can't always extend a promotion period for you or give you a discount).

Do you do bulk purchasing?

We don't offer a discount for bulk purchasing yet, unfortunately. A bulk program is in the works, though; sign up for our mailing list to learn more about it!

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet! We're hoping to add a giftcard service in the future.
